A sketch, character, specification or reference product is enough for an initial feasibility review.

What this team solves

A product system, not a disconnected supplier list.

Every capability below connects to the same brief, approvals and target launch.

Character interpretation

Front, side and back views become pattern, proportion and expression checkpoints.

Decoration detail

Embroidery, appliqué, printing, clothing and accessories are sampled at production scale.

Prototype control

Revision notes compare dimensions, symmetry, face placement, color and construction against artwork.

Packaging

Hangtags, labels, polybags, display boxes, cartons and ecommerce protection enter the pack-out plan.

Mass-production QC

Materials, cutting, sewing, filling, finishing, needle control, inspection and pack-out follow the golden sample.

Buyer advantage

The best plush quote starts with a measurable character brief.

A reference image alone does not define size, viewing angle, fabric, hand feel, decoration, filling, packaging or acceptable variation. The specification builder turns the character into decisions we can sample and repeat.

Develop My Plush
  • Front, side and back character views
  • Finished height and key proportions
  • Fabric, pile and filling target
  • Embroidery, appliqué, printing and accessories
  • Packaging, labels and sales channel
  • Quantity, market and launch schedule

Approval-led process

Know what each stage must prove.

The next stage starts only when the current product decision is documented well enough to protect cost, quality and schedule.

  1. Artwork review

Identify missing views, proportion risks, materials and production constraints.

  2. Pattern and first sample

Translate the character into a physical form and record the first comparison.

  3. Revision and golden sample

Correct shape, expression, color, hand feel, decoration and packaging.

  4. Pilot and quality plan

Confirm materials, workmanship checks, tolerances and pack-out.

  5. Mass production

Control incoming materials, sewing, filling, finishing, inspection and cartons.

    Questions before the first review

Can you work from one sketch?

Yes, but the first stage may include clarification of side/back views, dimensions, colors and hidden construction before an accurate sample scope.

How many sample revisions are typical?

It depends on artwork completeness and character complexity. The key is to define revision rounds and measurable approval criteria before sampling.

Can you match a specific fabric?

Share the reference or physical sample. The team can propose swatches and confirm color, pile, stretch, backing and hand feel against the intended result.

Do you also build smart plush?

Smart-plush programs are routed to Chloe Smart Plush Works so the plush body and electronics are engineered together rather than added late.

Who owns the project IP and files?

Your brand, characters, artwork and content remain yours. Ownership of paid custom deliverables is defined in the signed agreement, while Chloe Toys retains its pre-existing tools, reusable technology and manufacturing know-how.

    Common question

how much does it cost to make a custom plush toy

This site does not publish unit prices, because plush cost moves with finished height, fabric, filling, decoration method, accessories, packaging and order quantity. A reference image on its own does not define any of those, which is why the first step is a measurable specification rather than a number. Set the finished height, primary material, decoration methods and packaging direction in the specification builder, and you get a first-pass spec we can actually quote. Quantity, market and launch schedule then determine the real figure.
